Angels by Melissa Spoelstra

While the Bible mentions angels more than 300 times, we don’t often consider the unseen realm of angels in our day-to-day life. And despite their frequent appearances in God’s Word, our impression of angels is more often shaped by the myths and misconceptions that have developed over the centuries.   

We will look at Scripture from Genesis to Revelation to learn about angels—who they are, what they do, and what they have to do with each of us. We can have confidence that God is in control of it all. This study helps us to put our hope in the God of the angel armies — the God Who reigns over heaven and earth.

Fusion Students, plan to join us on Saturday, April 18th from 7:00 PM to 9:30 PM at the Firepit by the Barn for a Fusion Bonfire Night. Contact Pastor Tyler with any questions! 

Come out on Thursday, April 23rd for a Man-2-Man Wing Night in the Fellowship Room. Join us for wings and fellowship at 6:00 PM, and stay for our Man 2 Man group. Any questions? See Pastor Matt! 

Are you ready for paintball with Pastor Tyler and other Fusion students and leaders? All Fusion students, Fusion families and friends of Fusion students are invited to attend. We will meet at the church at 8:30 AM and travel together to Round Top where we will have 4 hours of paintball game play. We will stop for pizza (provided by Fusion) on our way home.  Pick up time is between 4:30-5PM. Cost is $50 per person. Contact Pastor Tyler with any questions!

Help minister to the shut-ins at You First Personal Care Home on Wednesday, April 22nd at 2PM! We will be providing activities for the residents and building relationships while seeking opportunities to share the love of Christ. 

Do you enjoy getting to know people? Are you new or newer to HCC and want to connect? Come join us in the back of the sanctuary after the services on May 3rd for some snacks and an opportunity to connect with others!

Join us on Saturday, May 9th at 9:00 AM for Hands of Hope Crafters- A community of crafters (crocheters, knitters, sewers, scrapbookers) of any skill level who wish to serve the Kingdom by creating intentional items to support the Operation Christmas Child ministry. Each month there will be a selected project for each group along with supplies and instructions.

Something big is coming in Women's Ministry in 2026, and we need a great team to make it happen! Come to a Women's Ministry Meeting on Sunday, May 17th in the Fellowship Room, at 11:45 AM.
