Adult Discipleship
Our Adult Discipleship Philosophy
Mission: We believe our mission is to disciple believers to become mature like Christ and to follow his mission of making new disciples.
We believe that discipleship is not a program but a process. Because of our diversity in learning styles discipleship can be flexible in the process, but is always Word-Centered.
Our Adult Discipleship process is a combination of classes, Life Groups, worship, personal study and devotion, and through conversations with other believers. Adult Discipleship Classes help to equip believers with basic skills and knowledge they will need in their Christian life.
We seek to equip every person in our church, in every stage of their faith journey onward to Spiritual maturity, always growing in their faith, knowledge, and love for God and one another. The fruit of this process should be disciples who make new disciples.

Adult Life Groups
Our philosophy of Life Groups is that a healthy church spends time together building relationships. In these relationships, we encourage one another, hold each other accountable, and help each other grow to be more like Christ.
Life Groups use scripture as their primary source of teaching and study. Life Groups also stay balanced in fellowship, prayer, and studying God's Word. In addition, Life Groups share life together, meeting one another's needs as they arise.
Life Groups are usually continuously ongoing, at least throughout the school year.
