Join us on Saturday, March 25, 2023 from 9 AM to 4 PM, for our inaugural Women's Event at Hanover Community Church.
This year, we will explore what it means for us as women to live in community together and, as fellow christians, to build our house on the foundation of Jesus Christ.
"Build Your House" is also an invitation to the Lord to build His house here, among us, the women of Hanover Community Church.
This event is meant to be a day away for every woman who calls our church home. Our hope is that this event will be a day of worship, dynamic learning, fun, and fellowship with new friends and old friends.
"Build Your House" will be a day for us all to come together as a multi-generational community.

Keynote Speaker: Professor Rebekah Strangarity, MA
Our Keynote Speaker is Professor Rebekah Strangarity, MA of Lancaster Bible College, Director/Professor of Ministry Leadership Degree and Women in Ministry Leadership program at LBC.
Rebekah grew up in Lancaster County and attended Lancaster Bible College for her undergraduate degree (BS, in Bible and TESOL). She has degrees from Western Seminary (M.A. in Ministry Leadership-Pastoral Care to Women), and Tel Aviv University (MA in Trauma and Crisis Studies).
Rebekah has been teaching at Lancaster Bible College since August 2020. Prior to that, she served for five years in Israel where she helped start and run a shelter for prostitutes, start a counseling center, and teach Bible studies. While living in Portland, Oregon, she helped direct a ministry for trafficked teenagers. Her passion is seeing women walk in wholeness, to find freedom and healing from abuse, and grow theologically strong.
